1. Terms of Use

By submitting an application to the Global Music Excellence Awards, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Applicants must submit accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification at any stage of the competition.
• All jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal. The jury reserves the right to withhold awards or present multiple awards within the same category based on the overall level of performance.
• Application fees are governed by the refund policy below. Submission of an application without full payment (where applicable) may result in disqualification.
• By entering the competition, participants grant the Global Music Excellence Awards permission to use submitted materials, recordings, biographies, photographs, and performance footage for promotional, educational, archival, and broadcast purposes. No additional compensation will be provided.
• All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the competition's reputation.

Submission of an application constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all regulations, terms, and policies set forth by the Global Music Excellence Awards.

2. Privacy Policy

• We collect applicant data solely for competition operations, including registration, evaluation, communication, result publication, and awards management. The information we collect includes names, contact details, date of birth, nationality, biographical information, performance recordings, and photographs.
• Personal data is handled with strict access control and stored securely. Only authorized competition administrators have access to applicant records.
• Applicant data is retained for the duration of the competition and for a reasonable period thereafter for archival and historical purposes. If you wish to request deletion of your data, please contact us.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Selected information (name, biography, award results, photographs) may be published on our website and promotional materials for participants who advance to or win awards in the competition.
• This website uses essential cookies for session management and functionality. By using this site, you consent to the use of these cookies.

3. Refund Policy

• Application fees are non-refundable by default unless an explicit exception is announced by the organizer. Screening round applications are free of charge.
• Championship round fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases where the competition is canceled by the organizer or where the applicant's disqualification results from an administrative error on the part of the competition.
• Manual payment proof submissions (offline payments) remain pending until verified by administrators. Participants are responsible for providing clear and valid proof of payment.
• Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, etc.) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the organizer.
